Brewing method:

Put 5-10 leaves* into your pot. 

You can vary this depending on taste preference.

*For Chamomile, Hibiscus and Rose hips, use 1-2 tsp.

Heat water to 180 degrees.

Pour a small amount of water over the leaves to wash.

Immediately drain out the water.

Refill the pot with water.

Brew for 1 minute.

Decant.

Pour all of the water off of the leaves and remove the lid to prevent steaming leaves.

Pour into cup.

 

Re-infuse 3-5 times.
